Despatch

We endeavour to dispatch all Black Hair Care Products item Monday-Friday the same day if you purchase before 2pm. Please be advised we do not despatch items on Weekends & Bank Holidays.

Processing Time

All Wigs, Hair Extension’s Made to Order Units and Wig Repair Service have aprocessing timescale of up to 1-14 days. Please see each individual product pages for processing timescale guideline.

You will send an email to confirmation confirming your delivery has been despatched with a tracking number reference number.
